What is Magtus mounting system?

It is a special designed magnetic mount with 3M command strip that you can stick, snap and align. No tools needed. You will definitely love our way of mounting and the amazing floating effect!

Is the mounting system included in the price?

Yes. Each print comes with one FREE mounting system.

What surfaces do Magtus mount stick?

Apply the mount to a clean, smooth, dry surface including painted wall, varnished wood, glass, tile and metal when indoor temperature at 15-28˚C or 59-82˚F and humidity <65%.
Many customers stick them on their wallpaper, however, we are not able to evaluate your specific wallpaper.
Do NOT recommend on textured wall, brick, rough or non-stick surface.

How to mount?

1. Remove the black liner from the mount
2. Stick the mount to the wall
3. Press it firmly for 30 seconds
4. Snap the print on the mount

How to remove?

1. Pull out the print
2. Gently hold the mount in place
3. Stretch the command strip slowly against the wall for at least 30cm to release
4. Never pull the command strip towards you! Always pull straight down or risk damaging the wall

Is your mounting system reusable?

As long as you replace a new 3M command strip, the mount is reusable.

Is your mounting system reusable?

What is color correction?

This is a FREE service. We can adjust each image for density, color, contrast, and saturation for the best prints possible from your images.

An order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it.

What is Magtus refund policy?

We accept refund on below cases only if you:
1. Do not receive your photo prints;
2. Damage of photo prints due to transportation;
3. Receive wrong prints that not the photos you uploaded
